At Fenélle, we aim to process and dispatch all orders efficiently while ensuring each item is carefully prepared and quality-checked before leaving us.
Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after your order has been placed.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).
Shipping Options (United Kingdom)
We currently offer the following UK delivery options:
Standard Shipping – £5.99
- Delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Fully tracked where applicable
Express Shipping – £10.00
- Delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Fully tracked priority service
Free Express Shipping
Orders over £300 qualify for complimentary express shipping.
- Delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Automatically applied at checkout once eligibility is met
Delivery Information
- Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners and may vary during peak periods or unforeseen delays.
- Once your order has been dispatched, Fenélle is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate.
Order Tracking
Where applicable, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been processed for dispatch.
- We are unable to redirect parcels once they are in transit.
- Fenélle is not responsible for parcels delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
